Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–4 business days from the time of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

We offer the following shipping options at checkout:

  • Regular Post

  • Express Post

Delivery timeframes depend on Australia Post and your location. Please note that shipping times may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to postal delays that are outside of our control.

Sol Society is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been handed to the postal service.

Australia Shipping

All orders are dispatched within 1–4 business days.

We ship all Australian orders via Australia Post with the following flat rates:

  • Standard Shipping — $10

  • Express Shipping — $15

Shipping rates are combined per order, regardless of the number of items purchased.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery timeframes are determined by Australia Post and may vary depending on your location.


International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide for a flat rate of $25 AUD per order.

Please note that delivery timeframes vary depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


Shipping Insurance

Shipping insurance is not automatically included.

If you would like to add insurance to your parcel, please contact us prior to or immediately after placing your order.


Handmade & Natural Dye Variations

Many Sol Society pieces are handmade and produced in small batches, often using natural dyes and natural fibres.

Because of this, slight variations in colour, tone, pattern, and texture may occur. These differences are a natural and expected part of the production process and make each piece unique.

These variations are not considered faults, but rather part of the character and individuality of the garment.


Limited Edition & Small Batch Pieces

Many of our garments are created in limited runs or small batch collections.

Once sold out, pieces may not be restocked. We encourage customers to review sizing, product details, and images carefully before purchasing.


Returns & Store Credit

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

However, we are happy to offer a store credit for items returned in as-new condition, provided that:

  • The item is unworn, unused, and unwashed

  • Original tags are still attached

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is faulty.


Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you with a replacement or store credit.
